Go to any video — YouTube, Netflix, a lecture, anything. Click the LiveLingo icon, pick your languages, and click Start.
A screen sharing dialog will appear. Select the tab playing your video and make sure "Share tab audio" or "Share audio" is ticked. That's how LiveLingo hears the video.
Subtitles will appear on screen within a couple of seconds. Click any word to see its definition.
